When you book a rental through BookingCentral or create an account, we may collect:

How We Use Personal Data

Data collected automatically is used for:

  • Analytics — to understand how visitors use the Site
  • Advertising and remarketing — we use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads/Google Analytics Advertising Features, and the TikTok Pixel to measure ad performance and show you retargeted ads on Meta platforms, across the Google Display Network, and on TikTok based on pages you've viewed on our Site. A phone number is required to complete a booking. We use this number to send you booking-related texts — such as confirmations and rental reminders — through our booking platform's third-party texting service.

  • BookingCentral (built on WebReserv) — our booking platform, to process and manage reservations. BookingCentral's own data practices are governed by BookingCentral's Privacy Policy
  • Stripe — our payment processor, to process payments and security deposits securely
  • Purelymail — our email service provider, to send booking confirmations and communications

These providers only receive the data needed to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for other purposes.

Advertising Partners

We share limited data — such as pages viewed, browsing behavior, and device identifiers — with:
